University of California Agriculture and Natural Resources Announces Recruitement of Nematologist Position

Barbara Allen-Diaz, University of California Vice President announced a plan to recruit a Nematology Extension Specialist with responsibilities for nematode problems in perennial crops.

Hiring of new recruits this year will be in three phases to facilitate the search and hiring process in an orderly manner, to evaluate available resources on a real-time basis, to deal with unexpected changes in staffing and to address unanticipated issues as they arise. 

The Nematology Specialist position is in Round 2 which will begin in February, 2013:

Perennial Crop Nematology Specialist (Kearney Agricultural Research and Extension Center as headquarters).
