Synonyms:

Morphology and Anatomy:

Relatively large, slender and anteriorly attenuated.
Cuticle smooth. Somatic setae absent
Six labial papillae. Ten longer cephalic setae
Buccal cavity large, twice as long as wide, heavily cuticularized, separated into two parts by a constriction.
One large subvetral tooth only
Amphids wide, 40-50% of body width, located just anterior to level of tooth
Esophagus diameter increasing posteriorly; no esophageal bulbs
Cardia conoid, muscular
Anterior 25% of tail conical, remainder filiform
Spiineret absent

Males: Diorchic, testes opposed, outstretched Spicules slender, 1-1.3 x cbd long Gubernaculum strongly cuticularized, complex with dorso-caudally directed apophysis. Distribution:

Collected from sandy mud at the mouth of the River Indus, Sindh, Pakistan

Feeding:

Free-living freshwater (estuarine?) nematodes, probably omnivores.
