Morphology and Anatomy:

Species are distinguished bymainly male cheracters: presence or absnece of a bursa,  the number and size of circumcloacal papillae or setae, length and shape of spicules, length of cephalic setae.

Neres et al (2014) reported that one specimen of Oncholaimellus intersexus had both female and male reproductive structures. The female structuresd were functional as indicated by eggs in the uterus.
