    Morphology and Anatomy:

     

    Female:

    • Didelphic, with anterior outstretched ovary to the left of intestine and posterior outstretched ovary to the right.

    • Spermatheca not observed.

    • Vulva located near mid-body.

    Males:

    •  Diorchic testes short, opposed testes, Mature sperm cells globular
    •  Spicules paired, equal, almost straight, 1.1 cbd long, without capitulum, pointed distally.
    •  Gubernaculum, precloacal supplements, and precloacal seta absent.
    • Tail conical; three caudal glands and spinneret present

    Collected from bottom sediment at 482m depth on Challenger Plateau, New Zealand continrntal shelf.
