Morphology and Anatomy:

• Cuticle sculptured in minute hexagonal blocks that become more elongate on posterior part of the body; cuticle with punctations dorsally and ventrally; cuticle thick in the pharyngeal region
• Six outer labial and four cephalic setae arranged in a common circle.
• Amphid foveae transversally elliptical with surrounding cuticular fringe
• Buccal cavity conical with one dorsal and two subventral plates; one large pointed tooth on the dorsal plate and three denticles plus a ventral tooth on each subventral plate;
• No posterior pharyngeal bulb
• Tail conico-cylindrical, long and slim
