Morphology and Anatomy:

General characteristics of the genus:

Large nematodes.
Cephalic caspsule strongly developed with three well-developed horn-like tropises directed anteriorly and positioned along the stoma corners: one ventral and two dorsolateral; joining into a narrrow cephalic ring in the first third of the cephalic capsule.
A band of fine granules immediately behind the cephalic capsule.
Large ocelli with disctinct lens.

Male:

Spicules curved with small capituli and velum
Gubernaculum with dorsal apophysis at acute angle to spicules.
