Morphology and Anatomy:

 

Females:
  • Body length 0.7-2.5 mm
  • Cuticle smooth
  • Mouth opening inconspicuous.
  • Amphids inconspicuous in female, large in male and immediately behind lip region.
  • Female amphidelphic but anterior gonad occasionally reduced.
  • Vulva closed, vagina narrow.
  • Taile lengate conoid to filiform; c' = 6-30.

Males:  
  • Amphids large in male and immediately behind lip region
  • Spicules slightly arcuate
  • 3 or 4 ventromedian supplements
