around 2 cm long, yellowish in color; anterior slender.
- Broad asymmetrical
cervical alae, widest at 1/3 of esophageal length, continuing to tail as narrow cuticular ridges.
- Stoma with 3 large lips with narrow bases and broad lateral flanges.
- Esophagus cylindrical, long, ending in small spherical
ventriculus; ventricular appendix narrow very long.
- Anterior intestinal
caecum short, slightly longer than length of ventriculus.
- Nerve-ring encircles
esophagus at about 1/6 of its length.
- Excretory pore at level of
nerve-ring or just posterior to it
- Tail conical; its tip
with numerous minute but distinct protuberances.
