Powerful armaments of varius type in oral cavity equip the nematodes for ingesting small organisms, including other nematodes
Generaly inhabit coarse sand in the littoral zone in areas with little detritus; also in the sublittoral zone among shells and coarse sand (Platonova and Galtsova, 1976).
