Morphology and Anatomy:

The genus is closely related to Bolbolaimus Cobb, 1920. but can be differentiated by its multispiral amphideal fovea and by its six rows of postamphideal setae (Soetaert and Vincx, 1988).

 

Male:

  • Copulatory apparatus strongly sclerotized.

Distribution:

Marine nematodes. The type species is described from 280-820 m depth on the continetal slope of the Mediterranean. off Calvi
