papilla and four cephalic setae in separate circles, cephalic setae always
longer than outer labial sensilla.

Buccal cavity large, funnel-shaped or cylindrical,
with cuticularized walls; odontia may be present in anterior portion of
buccal cavity.

Pharyngeal tubes present.

Amphidial fovea usually loop-shaped, sometimes
pore-shaped.

Male usually with two testes and female usually with
two (seldom one) outstretched ovaries.

Spicules always short, gubernacular apophyses usually
present.
