Morphology and Anatomy:

Previously placed in the family Hameonchidae. Andrade-Silva et al (2020) concluded that, based on molecularand morphological analysis, the genus Boehmiella is clearly unrelated to the family Haemonchidae. On that basis, they proposed the new family, Boehmiellidaeto accommodate the genus/
