- Body arcuate, boomerang shaped when relaxed.
- Cuticle thin, finely striated; no lateral field visible.
- Head conoid-rounded, continous with body contour.
- Stylet short but strong, 2.5x head width, prominent basal knobs.
- Esophagus tylenchoid with thin-walled procorpus, muscular oval m
slender isthmus and pyriform posterior bulb.

- Excretory pore at level of basal esophageal bulb.
- Tail ventrally arcuate, tapering to a small, rounded terminus
Female:
- Monodelphic-prodelphic
- Vulva a transverse slit at around 70% of body length
- Rounded spermatheca with small round sperm
- Ovary outstretched, no post-vulval uterine sac
