Ectoparasite - browses on epidermal cells and root hairs, and may be attracted to zone of elongation.
All stages are parasitic.Feeding causes reduction of cytoplasmic streaming in epidermal cells.
Feeding occurs in three stages:
Cotton, soybeans, alfalfa
