Morphology and Anatomy:

• Short, bloated body, tapering towards both ends.
• Paired, dorsally-directed, blade-like cephalic hooks present.
• Cephalic sensilla and amphids not discernible.
• Mouth aperture minute, displaced dorsally; stoma short, infundibular;
• Pharynx with pre-corpal swelling, procorpus, isthmus and terminal bulb. Nerve ring encircling isthmus. Excretory pore situated just posterior to nerve ring.
• Fimbriate organs situated in caudal region, with wide aperture, no visible cavity and radially striated basal rim.
