Morphology and Anatomy:

Genus characterized by having a pair of cephalic dorsal hooks, typical of Ungellidae  

.

Female:

  • Monodelphic-prodelphic, ovary with several loops
  • Vulva located near anus, lips protruding
  • Egg shells ornamented in polygonal pattern

Male:

  • Apparently monorchic
  • Sloacal opening inconspicuous
