Morphology and Anatomy:

• Very long, slender nematodes.
• Lip region clearly offset from body contour.
• Stylet relatively long and slender, with small basal knobs.
  

Female:

• Monodelphic, prodelphic postuterine sac long.
• Vulva posterior 85-90%, body often narrowing abruptly posterior to vulva.
• Female tail short, conical.
•  

Male:

• Spicules paired, apparently fused along shafts, rostrum prominent.
• Ventral element of spicules well-developed continuing line of shaft.
• Male tail short, conical, sometimes with offset tip and short terminal caudal alae.
• Mail tail with 3 pairs of caudal papillae.
• Gubernaculum absent.
