Morphology and Anatomy:

Female: 

  • Cyst stage present; lemon-sheped with protruding neck and vulval cone.
  • Cuticle surface punctate; circumfenestrate, abullate;
  • Anus distinct
  • eggs withsmall punctations

  • Body twisted 90 degrees
  • Lateral fiel with 4 incisuresd
  • Spicules arcuate with notch at tip
  • Tail very short, rounded

Recorded by Thorne from miner's laettuce, Montia perfoliata, in walnut orchards in San Jose and Santa Clara, California, USA. Also reported from other locations in California, and from China.
