Morphology and Anatomy:

Labial rugae surrounded by a collaret with a groove arouind its base
Body broad blunt anterior, tail tapered
Cuticle with punctated ornamentation of two longitudinal rows of larger dots.
Labial region usually offset and narrower than the rest of the head.
Buccal cavity with large s-shaped hollow dorsal tooth with a dorsal apophysis.
Pharynx with peribuccal tissue swollen dorsally to accommodate the dorsal tooth; posterior pharyngeal bulb double.

Females:

didelphic-amphidelphic, ovaries reflexed
