Morphology and Anatomy:

Tapering anterior end with rounded cephalic region.
Cuticle smooth or finely striated.
Cephalic setae long and 4ï¿½12 subcephalic setae.
Amphidial fovea loop-shaped, elongated or with almost circular.
Buccal cavity deep and funnel shaped, with six odontia in anterior portion.
One or two circles of cuticularized accessory buccal structures often present, alternating with odontia .
Pharynx gradually widening posteriorly or with weak posterior bulb.
Tail conical or conico-cylindrical.

Didelphic, ovaries outstretched

Males:

Diorchic, testes opposed and outstretched
Spicules arcuate, bent or L-shaped
Gubernaculum usualywith apophyses
Pore-like or tubular precloacal supplements present or absent.
