Morphology and Anatomy:

General characteristics of the genus

Cephalic capsule present.
Amphids located centrally on the cephalic capsule.
Cuticle with lateral alae extending from posterior to the cardia to the tail.
Cephalic setae near the level of the anterior edge of the amphids.
No subcephalic setae.
Buccal cavity without denticles.
Pharynx with rounded or only slightly prolonged terminal bulb.

Females:

Didelphic-amphidelphic, ovaries reflexed

Males:

Monorchic
