Classification:

The type species of the genus is Papuadorus amplus Andrassy, 2009

Morphology and Anatomy:

• Body nearly 2 mm in length, robust.
• Cuticle smooth and thin.
• Head offset, narrow.
• Lip region cap-like, offset by a deep depression.
• Amphids cup-like.
• Odontostyle enchodeloid, long and slender,
• Odontophore rod-like. Guiding apparatus double.
• Dorsal nucleus at mid-region of osophagus,
• PS nuclei rather far from posterior end of cylindrus.
• Tail similar in sexes, short, conoid, ventrally curved.

Female:

• Female amphidelphic with longitudinal vulva and very thick vagina.
• Each genital branch about 20% of body length

Male:

• Diorchic
• Spicules almost twice as long as tail.
• Supplements numerous (20 or more) and contiguous, all lying anterior to spicules.

Distribution:

Type species described from wet moss on a rock at 4000m above sea level on Mt. Wilhelm in Papua New Guinea.

May be plant- feeding on mosses and perhaps algae. Ibased on odontostylelength an habitat.
