Aporcelinus granuliferus (Cobb, 1893) Andrassy, 2009

Originally described as Dorylaimus granuliferus by Cobb (1893) and progressively transferred by Andrassy to Eudorylaimus, Allodorylaimus and then in 2009 to Aporcelinus as the type species of this new genus (Pena-Santiago and Abolafis, 2016)...

Morphology and Anatomy:

Female:  
Didelphic-amphidelphic.
Pars dilatata moderately developed; pars refringens vaginae as two drop-shaped pieces
Vulva a transverse slit
Prerectum and rectum both 1-1.5 x abd.
Males:   not found by Cobb (1918); unknown

Distribution:

Common in natural and cultivated areas in Vietnam (Nguyen et al., 2017) and also the most frequently reported species of the genus worldwide.
