Morphology and Anatomy:



  • Small to medium size, 1 to 1.3 mm long.
  • Lip region cap-like, well set off from body contour.
  • Odontostyle short and very thin.
  • Odontophore simple, without basal flanges
  • Anterior portion of esophagus slender; basal expansion cylindroid, occupying 1/3 of total esophagus length.
  • Female genital system didelphic amphidelphic.hemispheroid.
