Type species of the genus: Timmus tenerhastatus Goseco, Ferris & Ferris, 1976

Morphology and Anatomy:

Body length > 3 mm
Lips amalgamated
Odontostyle short, asymmetrical, but with distinct lumen. Guiding ring single, distinctly sclerotized,
Esophagus slender anteriorly; posteriorly expands to a short cylindrus or basal bulb.
Tail long filiform, similar in both sexes.

STwo pairs of adcloacal supplements
11 ventromedian supplements.
