Morphology and Anatomy:

Characteristics from Abolafia et al., 2019

 

Males:

  • Monorchic, testis reflexed
  • Spicules paired, symmetrical, curved ventrad
  • Gubernaculum weakly curved
  • Two precloacal and five postcloacal genital papillae
  • Tail conoid, tapering ventrad with short mucro bent dorsad



Females:

  • Monodelphi-prodelphic; ovary reflexed as far as posterior region of intestins
  • Vulva a transverse slit with protruding lips
  • Postuterine sac 1.1-1.8x body width in length
  • Tail conical, ventrally curved, tapering to a terminus with a dorsally-bent mucro.
