A nematode genus of parasites of kidneys and bladder of small mammals - rodents and insectivores.

Morphology and Anatomy:


 

Females:
  •   Vulva may be elevated

Males:  

  • Two paracloacal lateral lobes. joined dorsally by a thin pseudobursa fold. Each lobe with 1 or 2 papillae.
  • Caudal and lateral alae absent
  • Spicular sheath folded and not spinose
