Females:

  • didelphic reproductive system, vulva located near mid-body
  • Vagina  anteriorly directed

Distribution:

As of 2006. 17 of the 29 known species were recorded from either adult or larval beetles. Four species  described from cockroaches (Blattodea). Three species  adult or larval flies (Diptera).
