Distribution:

Ceratospira psittaculae is a parasite of the eye of a bird. Described from specimens collected from under the nictitating membrane of a bird, the Southern
Blossomheaded Parakeet, Psittacula cyanocephala cyanocephala in Orisssa, India (Majumdar and Dey Sarkar, 1989.
