Meloidoderinae Golden, 1971
Cystoid nematodes; do not form a cyst.
Female:
Body almost spherical,
Cuticle annulated, not changing color after death.
Vulva subequatorial, vulval lips present, vulval slit of normal size.
Anus subterminal.
Male:
Body twisted in some species
Second-stage infective juveniles:
With six lips evenly distributed around the oral disc.
