Morphology and Anatomy:

• Body not forming coils.
• Cephalic vesicle absent. Mouth surrounded by 6 labial papillae, 4 cephalic papillae and amphids.
• Buccal cavity reduced to am annulus; neodont formation present;
• Esophagus club-shaped. Synlophe present with lateral and subventral ridges oriented along sagital axis.
• Parasitic in intestine of peramelid mammals (bandicoots).

Males:

• Two spicules
• Gubernaculum absent
• Bursa elliptical when opened; bursal ray pattern 1-3-1; ray 2 widely separated from ray 3; ray 4 not much shorter than rays 3 and 5, with terminal portion not directing anteriorly; dorsal ray long, divided apically; minute extra-dorsal rays present.

Females:

• Didelphic amphidelphic;
• Vulva near anus
• Tail lacking terminal spine.
