Morphology and Anatomy:

• Cuticle pores of two types, simple rounded and longitudinally oval, the latter situated between two dots and referred to as lateral modified punctations.
• Buccal cavity narrow with six short labial setae, six longer jointed and four longer cephalic setae.
• Amphids multispiral with 6.5 to 7.5 turns. 
• Tail is distal half cylindrical with swollen tip

Distribution:

Free-living marine nematode.

Reported from Northeast coast of India, 500m depth; Northumberland coast, northeast England in sublittoral fine sand and silt..
