Morphology and Anatomy:

 

Females: 

   
    Ref: Annapurna et al., 2012; Kim et al., 2015

Males:  

  • Proximal third of the spicule more heavily cuticularised with broad ventral alae.
  • Each half of gubernaculum crescentic,
  • Six small but distinct cup-shaped supplements in front of cloaca.
  • Tail conico-cylindrical.

Distribution:

Free-living marine nematode.

Reported from Northeast coast of India, 500m depth; Northumberland coast, northeast England in sublittoral fine sand and silt..
