Morphology and Anatomy:

  • Body length 0.5-1.3 mm
  • Head continuous with body contour
  • Labial framework not sclerotized, collaret absent
  • Tail short and rounded in both sexes.

Female:

  • Mono-opisthodelphic or pseudo-opisthodelphic with rudiimentary anterior gonad.

Male:

  • 2-7 well-spaced ventromedian supplements
