Paroriverutus has morphological features that significantly
differ from those in Oriverutus :
- the lip region being hemispherical with completely fused lips
as opposed to offset from the body contour with separated lips,
- The guiding ring double versus single (simple)
- The tail longer in both sexes (196– 232 µm, c = 6.2–6.9, c' =
8.4–9.0 in females),
