Morphology and Anatomy:

Body usually slender and agile, ranging from 1.3-6.0 mm.
Cuticle smooth, no longitudinal ridges or striations.
Lipregion low with vestibular ring
Vestibule without denticles
Buccal cavity with four large onchia. each with two small additional teeth
Odontostyle massive, dorylaimoid
Esophagus muscular throughout its length with posterior cylindrus nearly half the length

Didelphic, amohidelphic
Vulval lips sclerotized
Tail elongate to filiform
