Antholaimus Cobb, 1913

Type species of the genus: Antholaimus truncatus Cobb, 1913

De Ley et al. (2005) considered that Carcharolaimus and Antholaimus have very similar characteristsics. They suggesated that in a future revision, Antholaimus might be designated the senior synonym of Carcharolaimus. Andrassy (2009) listed Antholaimus among non-valid genera of Qudsianematidea.
