    Morphology and Anatomy:

    The smooth cuticle of the sub-family Cephalodorylaiminae and the setose outer labial sensillae distinguish the subfamily Acephalodorylaiminae from the Encholaiminae within the family Encholaimidae.

    • Body 0.8-0.9 mm long

    • Cuticle smooth

    • Lip region with six short setose inner labial papillae, long setose outer labial setae

    • Odontostyle thin, longer that lip width odontophore long, simple, about 50% of length of esophagus

    • Tail elongate conical, ventrally curved.
